Holidays

2012 has come and gone and I am a little late on getting my Christmas pictures up! 

Christmas time is my most favorite time of the year, and it is the most stressful!  We were able to get our tree and mantel decorated before crunch time this year - thankfully! 

Please forgive the naked windows - we are working on finding the right mixture of woven woods and curtains for some color in our living room!  Good thing our backyard is fenced in! :)

I have been on the hunt for some great after Christmas deals.  I saw just today that Wal*Mart's Christmas sale went to 75% off!!

After we decorated, we vacationed in Sunny Florida to see family!

Late Bloomer

I have always been pretty technologically inclined.  I have had facebook for quite a while, a cell phone before many of my friends, and even a laptop before they were "cool".  I am not sure why I am just now joining the world of blogging.  The internet certainly makes it much easier to talk and communicate with my family who all live over 1000 miles away back in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  Gotta give a shout out - I miss the Mitten!

I plan to write a blog about what we are doing with our new house!  I am soo excited to get to work as soon as I get some time to myself.  How embarrassing, I got some nekked windows!  I am sure I will figure this out as I go, please bare with me as we learn how to do this and not appear to be such a newbie!
